1.What have you done on the team?

My contributions to the team have been creating this year’s tele-op and drive code. I have been working with the Road Runner implementation, which uses PID, motion profiling, and trajectories to create paths for the robot to follow during autonomous. Last year, I worked with our team’s tele-op code and our teams CAD models, along with participating in prototyping.

2.What have you learned most from your experience?

I have developed a way to deal with stress in a positive manor.

3.What are your goals for this year?

This year my goals are to fully implement Road Runner into our autonomous and have the team succeed in the state competition and CAD out another subsystem in the near future.

   4.What's your favorite class?

My favorite class would be Digital Design because I do a lot of digital creation and I’ve always been into art. I also enjoy using skills I learned from the class in the Tech Lab.

5.What do you do in your free time?

I am a wrestler as well as a member of the US Sea Cadet Core. I also play a lot of video games and play Dungeons & Dragons with my friends.

6.What has been your favorite moment on the team?

My favorite moment was the first time our team’s vuforia code worked because the software team and I spent a lot of time perfecting it and when it finally worked, the whole team got up and started cheering.

   7. If you could go back and tell your freshman self anything, what would it be??

I would tell myself to chill out a little bit.

8.What do you want to be when you grow up and why?

When I grow up I want to be a naval officer and go through a naval academy to be a surface warfare officer majoring in software engineering or computer science.

9.If you could switch places with anyone, who would you be and why?

I would switch places with nobody because everyone has their own problems and differences to deal with. Every person on this planet has a different way of thinking to get through these problems, that’s what makes us all unique.
