Thomas A. Winant is President of STRAAM Group. He was previously the Executive Vice president of STRAAM Corp since
2009. Prior to that was the Chief Operating Officer for Osmos USA. With these firms, he was responsible for all aspects of
Company operations and sales. He brings significant experience in Technology platform development and Project Management,
including Structural health Monitoring used to aid in the condition assessment for bridges, buildings, and other structures under
rehabilitation. Mr. Winant has broad engineering experience in the construction and civil engineering fields. Mr Winant
received a BS in Civil Engineering (Structural) from Lafayette College (89’). He lives in Northern New Jersey with his wife
Bonnie and two sons.

Karen Ferrante

Karen Ferrante is a Senior IT Director with Johnson & Johnson Technology Services. She is currently responsible for Program Management for Global IT infrastructure integrations and separations for acquisitions and divestitures. Over the last several years she has managed over 40 deals including the $20 Billion Synthes integration. Karen has been an IT Professional with Johnson and Johnson for almost 30 years. Prior to this role, she was responsible for IT business relationship management across multiple business functions as well as execution of IT solutions within the Pharmaceutical and Medical Devices divisions.  In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family as well as making things which includes 3-D printing, anything that involves soldering and creating digital art on her IPad.

James Wilson

Over the years James has developed a variety of embedded software technologies for various types of devices, including tablet computers, smart phones, security cameras, and networking devices. He currently works as a software engineer at Qualcomm Technologies, Inc., developing 5G low-level software.  While at Qualcomm he also developed robotics software for the Snapdragon Flight board, used for aerial and ground robots.
